My biggest hesitation with the PIP project, was that it was it was going to take away from the time that I got to hang out with my tiny humans. For this reason, I wanted to use my project as a fun way to build the strong and meaningful relationships that are the most essential component of my teaching philosophy. I wanted my kiddos to have as much involvement in my PIP as possible. In the end, filming these interviews was one of my favourite parts of my internship, as I got to spend time with, and get to know my students outside of the classroom setting. This was where their personalities could really shine through. Getting their perspectives on team teaching was crucial, as they experience it everyday and are the most honest critics of all.
