I asked my Teacher Mentors to give their insights on team teaching using a brief questionnaire! See their responses below! Because there is no universal definition for team teaching, and so many different approaches to it, I chose to only include responses from my Mentors, as they were the only group of Type A team teachers in the school. I had originally planned to include responses from teachers of all different team teaching dynamics, yet it was hard to portray I chose to do this because I thought it would give me more consistency in my results with teacher, student, and my personal responses, as we all experienced the same approach to team teaching.
